Hey there! Each year bring new challenges, minor and major changes, and new best practices emerge. This year, I am BEYOND excited for the change I get to see happen!!! I am moving into a 1:1 technology classroom where we’ll be using Google Classroom and G Suite. This means that I will be able to have every student in my class on technology at the same time! While this can be a little daunting, it gives me the opportunity to do many new and innovative things with my students. Two of the biggest reasons that this change is a good thing?
- It cuts down on my school’s paper consumption. Recycling = happier earth = happier Mikey D.
- The innovation that my students can access – from interactive lessons, to technology and typing practice, to coding, to digital citizenship – will be enormous.
My school uses Google™ Classroom, and it is a LIFESAVER in terms of keeping everything your students do contained to one space. Think of Classroom as a “virtual, digital binder” if you will. I won’t lie to you, though, there can be a slight learning curve with this software. When I began using Google™ Classroom, there are a handful of things that I WISH I knew.
Well, now I know those things, and I want to save your sanity.
Chances are, you have seen Digital Products emerging on TpT. They are changing the game of education. Perhaps you even have one of my Perfectly Paperless™ products at your disposal.
So, how do we get these products into Google™ Classroom to make our lives easier?
No worries! I’ve got you covered. If you click HERE, you’ll be able to access an instructional manual to assist you in placing, and then using, TpT Digital Products into your Google™ Classroom.
Happy Google Classroom-ing!
